We are absolutely committed to protecting your privacy. Our policy can be summarised in one sentence: we will not share your information with others without your prior consent. We have also established the following three principles:

1. We will respect your email privacy. We will not send you unsolicited mail. We will only send you news by email if you have agreed to this.
    
2. We will not pass on any individual’s details (including your email address) to anyone unless we have your prior consent.
    
3. Images - we will not show images without express prior premission. We will not show images of a sensitive nature at all nor those that could be expoited for any reason. All group shots will be distant, with faces blurred if necessary.
